We are traveling to my son and daughter in law's house for Thanksgiving. I will be gone Thursday through Saturday. I look forward to all the Christmas decorating fun starting next week in blogland!

I have planned a vintage, rustic Christmas mantel this year. Here is a sneak peek:

I used to have a plaid lunchbox just like that one when I was in 1st grade! Guess I'm vintage now, too :) Hope you have a marvelous Thanksgiving.

Love it Carlene! I am doing my blue cabinet in the entrance rustic vintage this year. Using my tartan plaid items also. Love, love the funnel tree. I was thinking of you because I am sitting here making a book page tree. Thinking I should have used a smaller pot. My pages don't hang over much, but oh what the heck. It'll be a tall thin tree. lol! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I hope you will link your mantel to our Creating Christmas link party!
Hugs,
Jann

These would be nice if your funnel has different color in order to emphasize the image of Christmas tree. By the way you did a great job and a nice idea…I will have a try with color combination.
